Long Time GLB Lender Retires

GreenLeaf Bank Lender Ken Jenks retires.
Dec 23, 2025, 09:56 AM by Joel Prunty

Ken Jenks has been in agriculture since he learned to walk on a farm in Southwest Wisconsin. Ken says, “my earliest memories are of feeding livestock and working with all the great people involved in agriculture. Those were good times, so it was no surprise to me or my family I pursued agriculture as a career.”

Ken came to GreenLeaf Bank in September of 1994 after a stint in large Agri-business and lending with Farm Credit System. A lot has changed in farming over 30 + years, but Ken says what hasn’t changed is the individuals who run them, “most farms are much larger now, but they’re still family operations. Big or small, it’s not just a job for me or the farm owners. It’s a way of life and that hasn’t changed."

Everyone at GreenLeaf Bank and his customers wish him the best. Thanks, Ken, for serving our community for over 30-years!
